We're seeking a full-time barback as we begin to enter our busy event season. Must have Friday and Saturday availability .
At least one year of high volume, full-service restaurant experience is preferred but we will teach the right candidate.
We promote from within and there are endless opportunities for growth!
Primary duties include:
- Food running and bar support
- Helping to receive and stock deliveries
- Follow steps of service to properly bus and manicure tables and bar
Requirements:
- must be able to clearly read, comprehened, and present by name food and/or beverage items to guests
- must learn table layouts and seating charts for full building
- must maintain sanitation, cleanliness and organization standards
- ability with lifting items up to 20lbs
- comfortablility with using steps frequently throughout a 6hr - 8hr shift
- growing food and beverage knowledge
Compensation includes:
- Base hourly + tips **(average $20/hr)**
- Dining and beverage discounts (including 50% off menu items)
