Responsibilities
Greet all clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
Provide exceptional hospitality, including offering and preparing beverages like coffee and tea for clients.
Maintain the pristine appearance of the reception area, common spaces, and meeting rooms.
Handle incoming mail and deliveries.
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a reception or front-office role, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong sense of professionalism and a polished presentation.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to your work.
Reliability and punctuality are a must.
An immediate availability to start.
