We are a small operation and with the current climate I will need every employee, regardless of job title, to be willing to jump in and help where needed. That means that as a server/bartender you might be asked to do some dishes or clean the bathrooms when you aren't serving customers. We ask that all FOH applicants have at least 3 years of recent experience, including both serving and bartending. Knowledge of classic cocktails, wine and beer is a must. Must have current OLCC and Food Handlers cards.
