Employment Type: Full-Time, Part time
Pay rate: $17.50 - 25/Hour (Based on experience + tips pool)
Availability: Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays
Responsibilities
Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and provide excellent service
Take and process customer orders for pastries, bread, and coffee drinks
Prepare all drinks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house and barista station
Restock supplies and assist with merchandising bakery displays
Handle transactions using POS system accurately and efficiently
Communicate effectively with the BOH team to ensure smooth service
Qualifications
Experience in a customer-facing role for FOH/Barista/Cashier
Basic knowledge of barista equipment
Barista skills required: Ability to dial in espresso, steam milk, and prepare lattes, cappuccinos, etc.
Ability to stand for extended periods
Able to lift, push, and carry up to 30 lbs
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
