We are hiring a Travel Coordinator with World Medical Mission based in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina. The Travel Coordinator coordinates, tracks, and documents travel arrangements for World Medical Mission staff and volunteers serving our hospital network.

A day in the life of a Travel Coordinator:

At Samaritans Purse, the Gospel really is the center of all we do! We start each day with a time of devotions and spend time praying for each other, our staff and volunteers who serve around the globe.

In the role of Travel Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to:

• Track departmental travelers to susceptible areas by verifying contact information, receiving consent for tracking, and updating travel readiness status after vaccination attestation. This includes contacting travelers, collaborating with coordinators, updating databases/systems and documenting any incidents
• Process expense reports
• Provide administrative and travel support to directors/managers without an administrative assistant, such as travel arrangements, correspondence, etc.
• World Medical Mission General reporting
• Other duties may be assigned that are not specifically identified within the content of the job description.
