The Part-time Events Concierge at the Grand Hyatt Denver is the liaison between the Events Manager and the on-site events/meeting contact. This position is highly visible and the central point for handling and addressing special needs or requests. It requires detailed knowledge of the hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills and organization skills. Previous catering or event experience strongly preferred.
Open schedule availability is required, mornings/days/nights, weekends and holidays. This position requires a considerable amount of walking and standing for over 60,000 sq ft of meeting space at the Grand Hyatt Denver.

Qualifications for this position:
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
Must be proficient in general computer knowledge.
Candidates should be extremely detailed oriented and organized.
Must be able to work a flexible scheduling including mornings, days, nights, weekends and holidays.
