Job Summary
SummaryThe Custodian plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for both residents and staff. This position ensures that all assigned areas of the facility are well-kept and hygienic, contributing to the overall comfort and health of the community.

Essential Functions
Collect and dispose of trash and soiled linens from all units and STOP rooms.
Perform regular vacuuming to minimize allergens and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
Clean and sanitize floors and wipe down tables in both first-floor dining rooms after each meal.
Dry mop the Main Street area and the Recreation space.
Remove trash and soiled bibs from the room located between the two dining rooms.
Vacuum hallways and parlors in Units 3 and 4 thoroughly and efficiently.
Clean the cafeteria each weekday evening.
