We are searching for a talented Food Service Worker
*$400 new hire sign-on bonus for this position. (rehires termed more than 1 year also eligible)*
Hours: 16hrs
Shift: Flexible shifts & hours with weekend and holiday rotation; 6:30am - 3:00pm
Location: St. e's Hospital - New Bedford, MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Responsibilities
Position reports to the Manager Culinary or Operations Manager, Food & Nutrition Services or designee. Provide support for the main kitchen of the Food & Nutrition Department including set up all stations and perform positions, break down stationspletely ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized. Perform floor stock procedures. Clean and sanitize equipment, and food surfaces according to procedures. Assure that all food items are accurately dated, labeled, and rotated prior to storage and or placed for sale. Use proper utensils to ensure accurate portions. Performs other reasonable duties as assigned
Qualifications
Ability to follow written instructions.
Experience with proper food safety/sanitary procedures are preferred.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Pay Range
USD $15.45 - USD $21.63 /Hr.
