Food Plant Sanitation Worker Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$17.00 to $18.00 /hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 01:30pm)
Duties:
Wash and sanitize food processing machines and facility areas
Operate pressure washers and other sanitation equipment
Use cleaning chemicals safely and according to training
Remove and replace drain covers and minor machine parts as needed
Follow safety procedures, including Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) protocols
Maintain cleanliness and organization of sanitation tools and supplies
Food Plant Sanitation Worker Qualifications:
Ability to work in a wet, fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and follow safety and sanitation procedures
Previous LOTO training a plus (training provided if needed)
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
