MBE is the official caterer--event planner--staffing agent--equipment supplier and bartender and beverage service. This client is very important to MBE and I am looking for competent, friendly and professional Waitstaff and barstaff with great attitudes, proactive mindsets. Staff that can take direction well from the owner to management and key staff. Attitude trumps experience all day long with MBE. I am willing to work with people whom have never served a day in there lives than deal with bad attitudes from staff who have been serving or bartending for 5 or 10 or 15 years or more. I am looking for all smiles and great and I mean great attitudes. The shift could be 10 to 12 hours as we will be doing full event set up and break down. There will be ample breaks and food served to the staff throughout the set up and course of the event. We will feed you well. The uniform requirement is as follows with no exceptions: Black slacks Black button down shirt Black socks Black shoes--non slip Black belt Long black neck tie If you have a black vest great, but not required. MBE will be offering overnight stay at an air b n b in either Providence, Rhode Island or a venue close to the event site in Charlestown, Rhode Island. The MBTA offers commuter rail service to Providence Rhode Island and the Lyft or Uber ride to either the event site or our air b nb will be at minimal cost, very minimal. The event pay for this event will be commenced the following Friday preceding the event via Venmo or Zelle no exceptions. If there is a TIP commenced and more than likely there will be one but no guarantee you will receive that gratuity that night in either cash from the owner or via Zelle or Venmo. Again the pay for the event will be commenced Friday September 5th, 2025 Those that drive to the wedding will be given a $20 gas allowance additional to there pay. I will be officially conducting bartender training classes in October 2025 and are willing to train brand new Waitstaff candidates.
