Housekeeper- Burnt Pine Country Club

Position Summary:Join the elite team at Burnt Pine Club, the premier private country club at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Housekeeper to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our clubhouse and facilities. As a Housekeeper, you will play a key role in delivering the exceptional five-star environment our members and guests expect. Hours: 7am-12noon Key Responsibilities:Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of clubhouse interior spaces including restrooms, dining rooms, locker rooms, lounges, fitness center, hallways, and offices.Ensure all areas are spotless, fresh, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.Vacuum carpets and clean floors (tile, hardwood, and other surfaces).Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with club procedures.Respond promptly to requests from members, guests, or management.Notify supervisor of any maintenance issues, needed supplies, or safety concerns.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all areas of the club.Follow all health and safety regulations and club cleanliness standards.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience in a luxury or private club setting is a plus.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.Friendly and professional demeanor with a guest-first attitude.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and crouch frequently.Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 40 pounds occasionally.Ability to use cleaning tools and operate light equipment safely.Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and in varying indoor climates.Must be able to climb stairs and navigate uneven surfaces throughout the clubhouse.Frequent hand-washing and use of gloves when appropriate.Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to quality and efficiency.Schedule & Work Environment:Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.Work is primarily indoors but may require occasional outdoor duties around entrances and patio areas.EOE M/D/F/V
