POSITION SUMMARY:

The Receptionist/Patient Accounts Representative (PAR) is responsible for the registration of new patients, insurance verification and account counseling, and scheduling patients for appointments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent, required; Proven experience as a patient account representative or similar role, preferred; Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion; Highly organized and detail oriented, particularly in regard to time management; Ability to prioritize.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Bellevue Immediate Care is open 7 days per week.

WEEK 1: Monday and Tuesday, 7:00A.M. - 7:00P.M.; Saturday, 9:00A.M. - 4:00 P.M.; Sunday, 12:30P.M. - 5:30P.M. (36 hours per week)

WEEK 2: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 7:00A.M. - 7:00 P.M. (36 hours per week)
