Maintenance Mechanic III Details:

Temp-to-Hire position

$30.00 /hour

Full Time work available

Weekend work required

Third Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 11:00pm to 07:30am)

Ensure production and processing equipment operates efficiently to meet production goals. Collaborate with production staff to develop machine requirements for new product introductions. With limited supervision and minimal technical guidance, maintain and repair plant machinery and mechanical equipment. Diagnose machine issues, dismantle and replace defective parts, reassemble machines, and make necessary adjustments for optimal operation. Perform intermediate troubleshooting and provide training to less experienced maintenance staff. Expertise in both mechanical and electrical systems is required.

Maintenance Mechanic III Qualifications:

Conducted installation, maintenance, and repair of production equipment, ensuring uptime and efficiency.

Replaced and repaired pumps, motors, augers, and hoists as part of routine maintenance and emergency repairs.

Provided advanced troubleshooting support, diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical issues.

At Least 5 years of working in a maintenance role or related field

High School Diploma or GED- Formal Technical Training a plus.
