Description

Responsibilities and Duties

Set up and operate breakfast buffet

Prepare all food in accordance with standard recipes and as specified by the guest.

Visually inspect, select and use only food items of the highest quality in the preparation of all menu items.

Check and control the proper storage of product and portion control, i.e. especially high cost meat and fish items.

Keep refrigeration, dry storage, and working areas clean and organized to comply with health department regulations.

Assist with banquet and restaurant preparation

Must have flexible availability to work morning and evening shifts!

Pay rate: $16/hr

Qualifications and Skills

3 years of cooking experience

Knife skills

Meat temperature knowledge

ServSafe certified preferred
