Description

Job Summary:

Provide alcohol and wine service to create an enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards. Work in accordance with Lenbrook's established policies and procedures, style and order of service. Take orders and serve drinks as requested by residents. Operate in framework to pro-vide care and safety of the residents and guests.

Essential functions of the job:

Charge for and prepare alcohol beverages in an accurate and efficient method

Serve drinks to residents as ordered and prepare and serve drinks as ordered by servers

Follow all safety, legal, and sanitation rules and regulations.

Set and serve party bars as required

Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions of the bar area and the glassware

Report on stock levels to Storeroom clerk for ordering and inventory purposes

Report and inform management team of behavioral changes or incidents with residents or guests

Promote responsible conduct to residents and guests to be safe knowledge of fire safety and procedures

Qualifications

Physical requirements:

Ability to lift a minimum of 60 pounds.

Ability to see and hear, or to use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to assure that position requirements can be fully met.

Sufficient manual dexterity to operate a fire extinguisher.

Must be able to move or stand continuously throughout the workday.

Certification Serv-Safe Alcohol Safety, preferred

Have or be able to get alcohol serve safe or equivalent certification

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 1:30 PM-10:00 PM

Pay: $21.00 an hour
