Are you passionate about Japanese cuisine and looking to grow your culinary career? Yokocho Izakaya, a vibrant and authentic Japanese restaurant, is looking for a Full-Time Line Cook to join our team!
Position: Full-Time Line Cook
Location: Yokocho Izakaya
Wage: $18$20 per hour (DOE) + Tips
Average Tips: $4$8 per hour

Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook quality Japanese dishes in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure food is prepared to specifications, and maintain consistent quality.
Keep workstations clean and organized.
Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.

Requirements:
Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for Japanese cuisine and delivering top-notch food.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude.
Full-time availability (40 hours per week).
