Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our dynamic Banquets culinary team as a Banquets Cook. We are looking for candidates with passion and dedication to deliver the highest standard of service through cooking meals for our guests and our team members. What you will do:
Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and break food items for banquet functions in accordance with production requirements and quality standards
Operate equipment, including, but not limited to: Waffle iron, flat top grill, broiler, deep fryer and steamer
Uphold the highest food safety standards to protect the quality of ingredients and prepared foods
What you bring:
One to two years experience working in culinary preferred
ServSafe certification required
Work authorization in the United States

Schedule & Hours:
This is a full-time position. Candidates must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week. Candidates must also be able to work mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
