We're seeking a dynamic Hotel & Restaurant Manager to lead the iconic Village Inn, a property that combines warm hospitality with a welcoming dining experience. In this role, you'll oversee both our boutique hotel operations and our popular on-site restaurant, creating exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out, from first bite to last sip.

What We're Looking For:

4+ years of hospitality management experience with direct experience in both hotel and restaurant operations

OR 4+ years of experience supporting a General Manager with direct experience in both hotel and restaurant operations, with a strong desire and readiness to step into a General Manager role

Proven leadership skills and a strong customer service mindset

Exceptional organization and problem-solving abilities

Ability to stay calm and lead effectively in a fast-paced environment

Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays

Proficiency in property management systems and POS software

Proficiency in the Microsoft suite, including Adobe Acrobat

Strong technical aptitude required - Tech Savvy
