It holds both single family units and separately-gated enclaves. Lifestyle is an important part of the community, with amenities, a spa and fitness center, and over 30 events annually tailored to a broad range of multi-generational groups. We also partner closely with a local golf club/restaurant offering breathtaking views to the surrounding community.
Porters perform a wide range of cleaning tasks on property. They keep all community common areas in pristine condition, ready to welcome homeowners and guests.
What you'll accomplish:
Assisting the maintenance team with small projects
Changing lightbulbs and other miscellaneous tasks as directed
Mopping floors, hosing walkways, and sweeping
Maintaining and emptying garbage bins
Performing a wide array of janitorial duties
Extending top-notch service to residents and guests
What we're looking for:
Ability to work a part time, Friday to Sunday shift
High school diploma
Janitorial experience
Energy, a great attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
Effective communication skills
Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, stand for long periods of time, and lift up to 40 pounds
Must have a valid driver's license and current vehicle liability insurance
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
The physical requirements can vary, but generally, they may include:
Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.
Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.
Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.
Driving: Ability to operate vehicle to perform certain job functions. (Please note: We will request and review an MVR at the time of hire and on a periodic basis thereafter to ensure that employees maintain a satisfactory driving status.)
