Job Description
Ready to join a dynamic team where every day brings something new? We're looking for motivated individuals who can work a flexible scheduleincluding weekends, holidays, and different shiftsto help us deliver an outstanding guest experience. You'll be the go-to person for guest questions and concerns, making sure everyone leaves happy. Maintaining top-notch quality and cleanliness will be a big part of your day, and you'll always follow our safety and security guidelines.
As part of our housekeeping crew, you'll keep public spaces sparkling clean and welcoming, just the way our guests expect. When your shift wraps up, you'll make sure your cart is fully stocked and ready for next time. We also count on you to tackle deep cleaning projects as needed and pitch in with any other tasks to keep things running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Take pride in keeping hotel common areas spotless and inviting, always meeting our high standards.
Quickly report maintenance issues and handle guest requests or feedback with care.
Protect the privacy and security of every guest room.
Embrace a variety of tasksno two days are exactly the same!
What We're Looking For:
At least one year of cleaning experience (hotel experience is a big plus!).
Great communication skillsyou'll interact with guests, managers, and coworkers every day.
Comfortable handling cleaning chemicals safely.
Bonus points if you're bilingual in English and Spanish.
