PeopleShare is seeking a skilled and reliable Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic with a strong mechanical and electrical background to join our production facility. This hands-on role is vital to ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our manufacturing equipment and operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various types of industrial machineryincluding mechanical drive systems, electrical components, and PLC-controlled equipment. Responsibilities for Maintenance Mechanic: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial manufacturing equipment and control systems. Execute preventative maintenance routines to maximize equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Respond to maintenance emergencies on a rotating shift schedule. Perform equipment calibrations and maintain accurate maintenance records. Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with other departments to ensure maintenance efforts align with production goals. Requirements for Maintenance Mechanic: Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair abilities. Proficiency in the use of electrical and mechanical hand tools. Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments performing machine repair, equipment installation, and facility maintenance. Competence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
