Interview on Monday 8/18 Though the end of the year with possible extension Floor Associate: Provide customer service to customers at the Nintendo World Store in New York City Assist customers in purchase of Nintendo branded merchandise and products Provide customers with product information and demonstrations Recommend products to meet customers needs Perform cash register and merchandise restock duties Ability to adhere to attendance and punctuality guidelines Skills customer service, gaming, client services, guest services, electronics Additional Skills & Qualifications Atleast one year of customer service experience in a retail environment MUST HAVE CASHIER EXPERIENCE Experience in a video gaming or electronics environment is strongly preferred At least a high school diploma or GED is required Working knowledge of video gaming products and/or services Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and represent the company at a public level Ability to lift heavy objects or do continuous lifting while adhering to proper lifting techniques and ladder usage Ability to perform routine display repair and maintenance ****Associates are required to work at least 3 weekdays and have full weekend availability** Schedule Blackout period applies to Black Friday and December. Nintendo NY is closed on Easter Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, and New Year's Day Experience Level Entry Level
