Pay: $10 per hour plus tips
Start Date: The end of November and beginning of December with positions available throughout the season.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide parking services for guest vehicles, including safe transport to designated parking areas and key management for efficient retrieval.
Operate resort shuttle buses to transport guests and employees as needed, ensuring safe and timely service.
Assist with guest luggage, including unloading vehicles, transporting items to rooms or lockers, and handling ski/golf equipment.
Support concierge staff by answering phones, being accessible to guests, and offering information about resort amenities.
Maintain daily procedure checklists, track vehicle locations, andplete assigned security tasks (e.g., locking doors).
Conduct pre-trip shuttle inspections, arrange maintenance, and ensure cleanliness and safety equipmentpliance.
Provide resort information and literature to guests; maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort operations.
Communicate with lodging personnel using two-way radios and maintain organized, clean workstations and guest service areas.
Adhere to safety policies, participate in random drug and alcohol testing, and demonstratepetence in vehicle operation.
Present a professional image through uniformpliance and positive guest interactions.
Contribute to overall team success bypleting related duties and supporting other departments as needed.
Driving:
Have a valid Driver's license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
