Cook Intermediate - Full Time, Hash House (Tropicana Atlantic City)

Job Duties

• Responsible for the preparation of all culinary product ordered from the kitchen for the various food outlets.
• Assures all food production meets department culinary standards.
• Follows Family Style Service.
• Follows kitchen sanitation standards and health code regulations at all times.
• May perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years culinary experience in food preparation and production.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Required to perform the Customer Service Standards of the Department
• Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act & Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures.

$22.50 Per Hour
