Stock and maintain restroom supplies, including toiletries, paper towels, and cleaning materials.
Manage inventory of supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
Assist with furniture setups and rearrangements for various events and functions.
Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, such as changing light bulbs, changing filters, fixing loose fixtures, etc.
Collaborate with the management team to identify and address facility maintenance issues promptly.
Follow all safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
Prior experience in facility maintenance or a similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and management.
Attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Flexibility to work during non-standard hours or weekends when required is preferred.
