Job SummaryAs an Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for customers, vendors, and guests. You’ll manage high call volume, direct inquiries efficiently, and provide administrative support to various departments—all while ensuring a smooth front desk operation and exceptional customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet all guests warmly and professionally as they enter the dealership.
Answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately using a multi-line phone system.
Direct customers to the appropriate department or team member.
Manage guest sign-in sheets, appointment scheduling, and visitor logs.
Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area.
Monitor and respond to general dealership emails or messages.
Assist with clerical tasks for sales, service, and parts departments as needed.
Ensure all customer interactions are handled with a high level of courtesy and professionalism.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite and dealership software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus).
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish or other) is a plus but not required.
