What Were Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in an upscale or high-volume full-service restaurant.
Passionate about hospitality with a "yes first" attitude and a strong team mindset.
Energetic, polished, and professional, you love creating memorable moments.
Must be 18+ years of age.
Deep knowledge of food, wine, and spiritsor the drive to learn quickly.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic service protocols.
What You'll Do
Deliver genuine, Italian-style hospitality with confidence, energy, and warmth.
Master our menu and drink offerings to guide guests through their experience.
Take and serve food and beverage orders with attention to detail.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared station.
Proactively handle guest concerns or requests with grace and professionalism.
Partner with support staff (bussers, food runners, bar) to ensure seamless service.
