The Sicilian Butcher , created by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore and the team behind Tomasos, Hash Kitchen, The Mexicano, and The Sicilian Baker, is a modern-casual Italian restaurant known for craft meatballs, scratch-made pastas, and elevated hospitality. We are now opening our newest location in Nashville, Tennessee , and were looking for friendly and guest-focused Hosts to join our opening team.
What Were Looking For
Must be at least 18 years of age .
No prior experience necessary we offer on-the-job training .
Professional, upbeat, and passionate about guest satisfaction .
Team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable managing reservations, waitlists, and guest flow during high-volume shifts.
What Youll Do
Warmly greet guests as they enter and leave the restaurant.
Manage reservations and maintain the waitlist with accuracy and poise.
Seat guests promptly and fairly, balancing table rotation and server coverage.
Provide guests with menus, share basic menu knowledge , and answer initial questions.
Respond to phone inquiries about reservations, hours, and menu offerings.
Communicate clearly with servers and managers regarding guest needs or issues.
Create a welcoming and positive first impression for every guest.
