The Sicilian Butcher , created by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore and the team behind Tomasos, Hash Kitchen, The Mexicano, and The Sicilian Baker, is a modern-casual Italian restaurant known for scratch-made pastas, craft meatballs, and elevated Italian hospitality. As we expand to Nashville , were seeking passionate and guest-focused Baristas to bring our bakery and coffee program to life.

What Were Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years of age .

• Previous experience in a cafe, coffee bar, or fast-paced food & beverage environment preferred.

• Current food handlers card , or ability to obtain one prior to the start date.

• Friendly, punctual, and thrives in a team-oriented, high-volume environment.

• Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service and product quality.

What Youll Do

• Greet guests with warmth, take orders accurately, and make thoughtful recommendations .

• Prepare and serve espresso drinks, coffee beverages , and bakery items to brand standards.

• Ensure aesthetically pleasing presentation of all drinks and pastries.

• Monitor and maintain the appearance and inventory of the bakery display.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including all brewing and prep equipment.

• Communicate effectively with both front- and back-of-house teams.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
