Known for scratch-made pasta, craft meatballs, and bold Italian hospitality, were excited to bring our concept to Nashville and were looking for passionate, polished bartenders to bring our beverage program to life.
What Were Looking For
2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale environment.
Strong mixology skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
TABC Certified (if applicable in region).
Must be 21+ years of age .
Highly organized, clean, and professional under pressure.
A "yes first" attitude and a natural team player.
Confident POS system knowledge and attention to detail.
What You'll Do
Prepare and serve signature cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks according to brand standards.
Provide knowledgeable, engaging service and build relationships with guests at the bar.
Assist guests with both drink and food orders when seated at the bar.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout service.
Follow proper opening and closing procedures, ensuring accurate cash handling and bar prep.
Help ensure responsible alcohol service and proactively manage guest well-being.
Restock and maintain bar inventory, tools, and supplies.
Collaborate with fellow team members and contribute to a high-performing service environment.
