About Us:
Langford Exchange is excited to announce our opening this fall! We offer an upscale wine, beer, and spirits, plus small plates, modern charcuterie and desserts. Menu expansion expected in 2026 with creative back of house staff support. We are dedicated to providing and exceptional experiences to our patrons and are looking for passionate Chef, Line cooks, Bartenders, Servers, Host/Hostess(s), and dishwashers to join our dynamic team.

CHEF AND LINE COOK(s):
You will play a vital role in our kitchen, helping to prepare high-quality dishes that meet our restaurants standards. This position is perfect for those who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation for various menu items, following recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen staff to develop new dishes and improve existing ones.
- Participate in menu planning and product development based on seasonal availability.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Passion for cooking and a desire to develop culinary skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

BARTENDER(s)

Were a cozy, vibrant wine bar seeking a friendly, wine-loving bartender to join our team. If youve got a passion for pours, a knack for great conversation, and a smile that lights up the room, we want to hear from you.

What youll do:
- Create memorable guest experiences with thoughtful wine service and paired recommendations, plus beer and spirits.
- Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized bar area
- Engage guests, answer questions, and upsell thoughtfully
- Collaborate with our team to deliver outstanding service during shifts

What were looking for:
- Experience as a bartender preferred
- Wine knowledge strongly preferred (wines, varietals, regions, tasting notes)
- Excellent people skills and a warm, engaging personality
- Flexible hours; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to multi-task, stay calm under pressure, and handle a fast-paced environment

- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area
- Anticipate guest needs and handle requests with professionalism
