Are you someone who loves working with flowers and staying organized behind the scenes? Our busy flower shop is looking for a Flower Processor to help us keep our flowers fresh and beautiful, as well as maintain the cleanliness of our shop.

About the Role:
As a Flower Processor, you'll play a key part in preparing flowers for our designers. You'll be responsible for receiving shipments, cleaning and hydrating flowers, maintaining floral quality, and keeping the prep areas tidy and well-stocked. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role thats perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, active work environment.

THIS IS A PART TIME ROLE -
Mondays and Thursdays starting at 9am

Responsibilities:
Unpack, clean, trim, and hydrate fresh flowers and greenery
Organize flower inventory
Discard damaged or expired flowers appropriately
Keep workstations and flower coolers clean and organized
Maintain tools and supplies (buckets, cutters, preservatives, etc.)
Assist with restocking and supply prep as needed
Sweep and mop all shop areas
Clean Bathrooms
Dispose of garbage

Requirements:
Comfortable working on your feet for long periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays if needed
Prior floral or plant-handling experience is a plus, but not requiredtraining provided!
