Ensures guests and owners satisfaction of The San Luis Resort Condominium through attentive coordination of condominium services.

Responsibilities- Acts a liaison for owner’s guests in the condominium building.
- Greet all owners and guests.
- Opens doors for owners and guests.
- Assists owners and guests with luggage, groceries, mail and any other reasonable requests.
- Assists owners and guests when locked out with access to condo entry door by using master card key when necessary.
- Ensure cleanliness of common areas by performing nightly inspections for trash or laundry that may be left at the end of the day and remove these items if necessary.
- Assist with all office tasks deemed necessary by Condominium Manager.
- Complete a work order request form if something is in need of repair.
- Contact In Room Dining to ensure all trays are removed from condo hallways.

Qualifications- High school diploma or GED
- Prior high-volume customer service experience
- One (1) year of hotel front desk experience strongly preferred
