Coffee Shop: Barista & Roast Production

Working in the Coffee Bar or Coffee Truck, baristas will provide courteous, knowledgeable outstanding customer service through excellent product knowledge and superior barista skills. Baristas support all sales efforts in our Coffee Bar through outstanding customer service, beverages prepared according to La Cosecha's highest standards, and a commitment to quality in all of the goods the company offers. When working in the Roasting Production Area, workers are to coordinate with Order Processing, Packaging, and Quality Control. Roasting Production Team Members participate in all stages of production and shipping.

Flexible hours. Shifts vary between 7:00a - 3:00p, Monday - Saturday. Closed on Sundays.

Looking to fill 2-3 shifts per week, roughly 10-15 hrs/week.

Requirements

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred, but not mandatory, and preferably experience in the specialty coffee, retail, hospitality and/or customer service industries.
