Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring restrooms are stocked and tidy. Assist in catering events as needed, showcasing flexibility in various service settings. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to food handling safety guidelines to maintain high standards of hygiene and quality. Communicate effectively with team members and management to enhance overall guest experience. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, with a focus on customer interaction. Familiarity with catering services is a plus, enhancing versatility within the role. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests and team members. Experience in cleaning and maintaining restaurant environments contributes to overall operational efficiency. Background in hospitality or hotel settings can be beneficial but is not mandatory.
