cleaner (Colorado Springs) compensation: TBD We need a cleaner that has experience in cleaning vacant apartments and houses with strong attention to detail on dirty appliances, bathrooms, windows and walls. A plus if cleaner has experience in hallway and laundry rooms that include vacuuming and mopping hallways. Must be able to vacuum with 12~15 pound backpack for hours and go up and down stairs.
