NEEDED IMMEDIATELY - EXPERIENCED DEEP/BIOHAZARD CLEANER - PREMIUM WAGE (Buffalo) compensation: $75 per hour, 3 or 4 hours We are urgently hiring an experienced deep cleaner or biohazard cleaner for a small but intensive job. The work involves cleaning a 200 sq. ft. rental room with an attached bathroom that was left in poor condition by a former tenant. Requirements: Must have verifiable experience with deep cleaning or biohazard cleanup. Comfortable dealing with unpleasant conditions including: Pet waste Bagged human waste Dozens of trash bags left on the floor Strong odors Dirty floors needing scrubbing and mopping Must be reliable and show up as agreed. (Last contractor canceled last minute please only respond if serious.) Must work quietly and discreetly after dusk, as other tenants in the home are sensitive to noise due to health conditions. Shift Details: 2 shifts available, each 2 hours long. Minimum commitment: 3 hours ($225) Maximum possible time: 4 hours ($300) Pay is $75/hour, paid in cash at the end of the job. CashApp, Venmo, or other apps also available if preferred. What You'll Need to Bring: INDUSTRIAL-STRENGTH disinfectant/cleaning solutions (anti-bacterial and anti-viral) this is essential. Cleaners like hospital-grade bactericides and virucides will get you priority consideration. Mop, broom, bucket, rags, gloves, etc. A vehicle is a plus (to transport bagged waste to a public dumpster nearby) Important: You must visit the property briefly before starting to make sure you're comfortable with the job. We do not provide a retainer for the assessment visit, but full payment will be ready in cash the moment you begin working. This is not a job for casual or light house cleaners.
