I'm a working mom looking for a reliable, caring, and proactive nanny to help with my two daughters (ages 6 and 3). I commute to Marin from Sonoma three days per week (Mon, Tues, Thurs) and need dependable morning support. Schedule & Main Role: 3 mornings per week (Mon, Tues, Thurs) 6:30am-8:45am Help the girls wake up, get dressed, eat breakfast, and get to school on time Pack lunch/snack if I don't have time Extra opportunities for date nights or occasional fill-in care if interested/needed Pay: $20-$23/hr to start Open to evaluating a raise after a trial period if it's a great fit Possible Household Help (extra hours & pay): I also have an ad out for housekeeping services. In a perfect world, I would love it to be the same person I hire for nannying. This role would require efficiency and attention to detail- with genuine passion for cleaning and/or housekeeping experience. Main duties are surrounding the kids (tidying toys, doing their laundry, changing their sheets) but I'd also like help with general house cleaning and organizing projects. 1-2 times per month I need help with deep cleaning projects (longer days). A possible setup: Drop the kids off, then return to clean/organize for ~2 hours, 2 days per week (possibly 3 if it's working well). Come on a Wednesday or Friday bi-weekly for deep cleaning projects.
