Join our team at Choches BBQ, where we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional dining experience with delicious food and outstanding service. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in our kitchen.

**Responsibilities:**

- Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment using industrial dishwashing machines or by hand as needed.

- Ensure that all cleaning duties are performed according to health and safety standards.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors.

- Assist with the proper storage and organization of kitchen supplies and ingredients.

- Monitor dishwashing machine operation, ensuring proper soap and rinse levels are maintained.

- Report any maintenance or repair needs of dishwashing machines and kitchen equipment to management.

- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure that dishes are available and clean when needed.

- Assist with additional kitchen cleaning tasks, such as wiping down counters, sinks, and equipment surfaces.

- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.

- Support other team members with various tasks as requested by management.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive motions.

- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

- Willingness to learn and adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Schedule -Wednesday - Sunday 9:00am - 5:00pm or 8:00pm - 3:00am
