Job Title: Evening General Cleaner

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Cleaner to maintain a clean and healthy environment at a local school in Greensboro. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure the facility is ready for students and staff each day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning of all designated areas within the school.

• Sanitize classrooms and high-touch surfaces, including desks, doorknobs, and light switches.

• Thoroughly clean and disinfect restrooms, restocking supplies as needed.

• Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from all rooms and common areas.

• Sweep and mop hard surface floors.

• Dust furniture, windowsills, and other surfaces.

• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday

• Hours: 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM

• Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

• Must be dependable and punctual.

• Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and equipment.
