Job Title: Part Time- Outdoor Cleaning & Maintenance Worker

Hours: 4PM-8PM on Monday & Wednesday AND Saturday from 8AM-12PM

Pay: $15.40

Location: Charlotte, NC

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as an Outdoor Cleaning & Maintenance Worker. This role is responsible for keeping our property clean, safe, and welcoming for all visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Blow leaves, pressure wash surfaces, and remove debris from walkways, parking lots, and common areas.

• Sweep sidewalks, empty trash bins, and clean outdoor furniture.

• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

• Previous experience in cleaning or groundskeeping preferred but not required.
