Chef and Restaurateur Tiffani Faison and her Boston based restaurant group, Big Heart Hospitality , are seeking food runners and barbacks to join our front-of-house team.

Bubble Bath Back Bay is now open on the top floor of the CitizenM Hotel . We are a Champagne, wine forward craft cocktail bar, serving shareable light bites and caviar.

Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and reliable Food Runners / Back Servers to join our front-of-house team. This role is key to ensuring an exceptional guest experience by delivering food promptly and supporting servers in maintaining a smooth and polished dining service.

Responsibilities:

• Promptly deliver food from the kitchen to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables
• Refill water and assist with beverage service as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service stations and dining areas
• Ensure food is presented according to company standards
• Provide outstanding customer service and uphold our hospitality standards

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
