Saigon Babylon Server/Bartender

Saigon Babylon is looking for a Server/Bartender to join their team.

Position: Server/Bartender
Where: Saigon Babylon (rooftop bar & elevated Viet cuisine, @907 Main St, Cambridge MA)
Pay: tip base ($7/hr) = $35-42/hr
Shifts: 3-5 shifts/week

Who we are: Awarded Best Vietnamese Restaurant 2025 and Best Atmosphere 2024 by the Boston Globe. Were a warm, artistic, diverse team. Our sister restaurants are Cicada and the Eaves.

Who we look for: You are a humble learner with strong discipline and a sunny attitude. You are quick, neat, and proactive. You want to grow with us for at least a year, and preferably much longer. We can train you bottom up, but you must be committed to the hospitality industry.
