The Salt Marsh Winery is currently hiring a Sous Chef and line cooks !!!! The Salt Marsh Winery, sister restaurant to Osteria Vivo located on the South Shore is opening this Spring in Scituate Massachusetts. Nestled in the heart of Scituate, MA, we celebrate the beauty of the coast with dishes inspired by the freshest, peak-season ingredients. From our fisherman, farmers and friends to your table, our menu highlights local flavors crafted to perfection. Join us for a true taste of New England, where coastal charm meets culinary creativity. Located at 17 New Driftway, 5 minutes from Scituate Harbor.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 4-5 years of kitchen experience, including time in a leadership role
  • Strong cooking skills, knowledge of various cooking methods and equipment, and experience with restaurant software programs.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team, communicate effectively, and work under pressure.
  • Certification in food safety and sanitation, and knowledge of food handling procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently, maintain a clean workspace, and follow recipes and instructions accurately
