Janitorial Cleaner for Luxury Apartments

We are currently seeking a Full Time Janitorial Cleaner to join our team. As a Janitorial Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents and guests.

Responsibilities:
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
Clean and sanitize common areas including the lobby, elevators, and hallways
Clean and stock restrooms
Cleaning of vacant units
Dust and clean common area furniture, amenities and office
Cleaning of all entry ways and common area glass
Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas
Maintain a clean and organized janitorial closet
Report any maintenance or safety issues to management

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
