Job Summary:
As a Guest Services Agent at The Arrabelle, youll support both Concierge and Front Desk operationshandling pre-arrival planning, in-stay requests, check-ins, check-outs, and billing. This hybrid role is an exciting opportunity to deliver personalized service and expert support as part of a high-performing luxury hospitality team.

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $24.23/hr
  • Employment Type: Year Round (10-month)

Job Responsibilities:

Concierge Responsibilities:

  • Assist with pre-arrival communication, logistics, special requests, and itinerary planning.
  • Provide personalized recommendations for dining, activities, and local attractions in the Vail area.
  • Coordinate guest services such as restaurant reservations, lift tickets, spa appointments, transportation, and more.
  • Use the ALICE system to manage and track guest requests, service tickets, and internal communication.
  • Maintain accurate vendor records, booking data, and guest preference information.
  • Deliver in-room amenities, assist with floral and grocery orders, room escorts, and property tours.

Front Desk Responsibilities:

  • Perform check-ins, check-outs, and room changes using the IQware reservation system.
  • Assist guests with billing inquiries and ensure accurate posting of charges.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, services, and amenities to support guest inquiries.
  • Provide prompt, courteous service and ensure every guest is welcomed and acknowledged.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping, Bell/ Valet, Food and Beverage, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in both Front Desk and Guest Services roles
  • Familiarity with IQware reservation system (preferred)
  • Proficiency using guest service software such as ALICE
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of Vail and surrounding areas highly preferred
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Team oriented mindset and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences

The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $24.23/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
