The Maintenance/Porter worker is responsible for cleaning of the building and grounds and some minor repairs. Maintenance Worker I Principal Responsibilities:
Clean areas and dispose of garbage in accordance with the facility schedule.
Complete work orders.
Accept and transport deliveries of supplies, furniture, and other program materials.
Assist in inventory control.
Provide back up in emergency safety situations.
1) E. 119th street - Monday - Friday (9am-5pm)
Porter & maintenance duties. Keeping hallways, common spaces and bathrooms clean and safe from debris. Temp to perm $18/hr
2) Part Time Porter/ Maintenance $20/hr
Schedule: Saturday/ Sunday (9am-5pm)
Location: East 12th Street, New York, NY, 10035
3) Brooklyn - E. NY Ave: M-F (9am-5pm)
Porter & maintenance duties. Keeping hallways, common spaces and bathrooms clean and safe from debris. Temp to perm $18/hr
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Background checks will be conducted.
Urine drug test required before starting.
