THE JOB:

The Baggage Handler is responsible for retrieving and organizing guests' luggage according to tag numbers while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. This role includes providing excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience and create memorable moments during their stay.

THE STARTING RATE: $17.4405 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Work the baggage compound by retrieving bags from the belt systems, placing them into the proper grids based on luggage tag numbers until they are requested

• Bring luggage in or out for hotel groups

• Maintain a clean work area for guests and staff

• Provide excellent customer service consistent with the companys core service standards and brand attributes

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 6+ Months of prior relevant guest service experience

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

• Experience in a similar resort setting
