Receptionist/Transaction Coordinator

Real estate brokerage is seeking a receptionist/TC for busy office in San Diego. Experience preferred.
Job Requirements:
- Answer phone
- Gather paperwork in real estate transactions (we will train you for this)
- Help broker with other office tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Friendly on the phone
- Above average typing skills
- Real estate license a bonus
- Good communication skills
- Good computer skills

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. This is an hourly position with a bonus, starting at $18 hourly plus $1,500 - $2,000 per month or more with bonus.
