Residential Community Cleaner/Porter Wanted

We are looking to hire a Porter/Cleaner to join our team.

Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday, 2 pm to 10 pm

This person will be helping keep residential community amenities clean and assisting with our fun social events.

GENERAL DAILY DUTIES:
* Clean amenity centers, fitness centers, offices, and common areas, including indoor and outdoor bathrooms, emptying all indoor and outdoor trash cans, wiping down surfaces, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and glass cleaning and baseboards.
* Clean and maintain light fixtures for replacement bulbs. Report damaged fixtures to maintenance for repair.
* Inspect conditions of furniture and fixtures for tears, rips, and stains and report to maintenance.
* Post caution signs to limit pedestrian traffic when necessary.
* Greet residents when in contact with a warm smile and a genuine greeting.
* Assist in the execution of on-site resident social events, including access needs, manning fun stations (inflatables, petting zoo, and tables).

Additional Duties:
* Helping other departments in their areas (Staging of the pool furniture multiple times a day and raising or lowering umbrellas) as needed, depending on what is required to help the Ranch Hands in any other aspect of the SRR teams.

EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
* Ability to read, write, and understand English
* Ability to use cleaning equipment, such as brooms, mops, vacuums, and cleaning chemicals
* Able to lift 40 lbs
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others, able to receive feedback and adjust as needed
* Strong organizational and time-management skills & ability to multitask
* Ability to perform basic mathematical functions for chemical refills
* Ability to cope with and defuse situations involving angry or difficult people
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Must maintain a clean and professional appearance (no facial/neck tattoos or facial piercings)
* Must maintain a valid drivers license, a clean driving record, and current auto insurance is required (you will use your vehicle to drive to different amenity centers. Mileage will be reimbursed)
* Must comply with all safety requirements
* Required to maintain a regular schedule which may require working overtime, weekends and non-traditional holidays (may be asked to work traditional holidays due to the needs of the facilities.)
* May be required to be on-call and aid during staffing deficiencies on-site
